FIVES STUDIO

Abstract expressionism. Color field. Raw honesty.

A studio name with a story as true as its art.

Rooted in the lineage of the mid-century pioneers who lifted us with paint, scale, and color.

Fives Studio is raw, immersive honesty. Bold color, monumentally intimate.

Each painting is excavated as truth and a hope unleashed.

A studio that was born, not made.

Not a brand. A birthplace, arrived at through years of weight, resistance, and rebuilding. The work here is a deliberate rejection of the irony and cynicism that dominate so much of contemporary art, in favor of something more demanding and more generous.
